Our 8-Day Guarantee and Holiday Season Shipping Delays

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone,

Canada Post has announced that there may be delays in the delivery of shipments due to the holiday season. As they are our primary courier, we may experience those delays as well. For that reason, we are extending our 8 business day guarantee to 10 business days. Our shipments will still be in the mail at the same time, but they might take a little longer to get to you, which is why we need to make this change.

We’ll be back to our normal 8-day guarantee on December 25th. Thanks for your patience and have a great holiday season!

While we appreciate the fact that the postal system may be delayed over the holiday season, it may be more beneficial if you would post which days you consider ‘business days’ for any upcoming holiday times. We placed an order on December 29th and still have not received it. It is January 15th and we have a somewhat irate client. We don’t know your holiday schedule, so we told the client 10 business days just to be on the ’safe’ side. Please help us out with this.
    Thanks,
    Nancy

Nancy, could you please let me know what program is missing, I will verify that. To do so we need you clients name. I will get this taken care of as soon as we can verify the client’s name.

For future reference all regular business days are Monday to Friday. Holidays are the same as any government and postal holidays. For example Canada Post took an additional 2 days after Christmas (Monday and Tuesday) as well as 2 days after New Years. I supposed since it fell on a weekend they felt they deserved additional holidays.
