To all the clubs and personal trainers who are currently using our online order system to enter in clients: the system has changed slightly. As well as fixing a couple of minor bugs, there are two differences in how it works.
First, on your administration page (Vendor Admin), you’ll see that it no longer lists all of your past clients. To see your past clients, click the button at the bottom that says Enable View/Edit Clients. The screen will reload and show your past clients. This is so your administration page is not clogged with all the clients you’ve already entered each time you use it.
Second, the order of the ingredients on the Ingredients Selection page has changed. Ingredients are now in the same order as they are listed on the paper ordering forms. This is to make transcribing information from paper sheets filled out by clients easier for those of you whose clients don’t select their own ingredients online.
Also, please note that if you order a Program for someone but you order the wrong Program or you select the wrong number of weeks, there is no way right now to change the type or length of the Program by editing it. You either need to enter the person in again, or (this is easier) just email us at support@empowerednutritionsystems.com and let us know what you want the Program changed to.
Finally, a quick tip: on the Schedule page, where you enter in people’s workouts, the idea behind choosing “Other” is so you can enter in the type of workout the person does (e.g. “swimming”, “running”, “dancing wildly”, etc.) Some of you have been choosing “Other” and then typing “Other” into the box, you can do this if you want, but that was not our intention.
